Geely Spare Parts — Wholesale Supply

Coolray · Emgrand · Atlas · Tugella · Starray · Okavango

XYQC supplies spare parts for Geely passenger vehicles including Coolray (Binyue), Emgrand, Atlas (Boyue), Tugella (Xingyue), Starray, Okavango (Haoyue) and Preface (Xingrui). Coverage spans engine service parts, 7-speed DCT components, brakes, suspension and steering, body panels, lighting and interior trim. Geely platforms are shared with Volvo-derived technology on newer models, which affects part commonality — we confirm the platform before quoting.

Platform sharing and what it means for parts

Geely has moved progressively onto platforms developed with Volvo technology, and the newer CMA-based models share architecture with Volvo in ways that matter to a parts buyer. Some suspension and brake components are interchangeable across brands on the same platform; others look identical and are not.

The practical rule is that commonality is real but must be verified per part number, not assumed from the platform name. We check against the Geely catalogue first, then against the platform when the Geely number is unavailable.

Where the volume is

Coolray and Emgrand carry the volume, because they are the models exported in the largest numbers to the Middle East, Latin America, Russia and Southeast Asia. Coolray suspension links, brake pads and DCT components move steadily; Emgrand clutch kits and brake parts move in fleet quantities.

Tugella and Okavango are lower volume and higher value. Body panels and lighting for those models are worth stocking only where a dealer network already exists, because demand is thin and the parts are bulky.

Electrical faults and sensors

Geely models carry a large sensor count on the engine and body side, and the failure pattern in hot climates is often a sensor rather than the component it monitors. Crankshaft position sensors, oxygen sensors and ABS wheel speed sensors are the three that come back most often.

We supply these as OEM-numbered parts and can supply a diagnostic-ready set for workshops that prefer to change sensors before changing an expensive module.

Geely parts — questions buyers ask

Is Coolray the same as Binyue? +

Coolray is the export name for the Binyue. The two are the same platform but differ in emissions calibration, lighting approval and sometimes suspension tuning depending on the market. We quote to the market, not only to the domestic specification.

Do Geely and Volvo parts interchange? +

Sometimes, on CMA-platform models, but never assume it. Some components are shared, others look identical and are not. We verify per part number against the Geely catalogue.

Do you supply 7DCT clutch packs for Geely? +

Yes, including the mechatronic unit. As with other dry DCT units, replacing the pack and the unit together is the reliable route.

What is the lead time for Tugella body panels? +

Twenty-five to thirty-five days, and painted parts take longer. Volume is low for this model, so we usually consolidate panels with a larger order rather than shipping them alone.

Can you supply Emgrand fleet parts in volume? +

Yes. Emgrand is used heavily as a taxi and fleet car in several markets, and we supply clutch kits, brake pads, filters and suspension parts in fleet quantities with consistent batch numbers.

The VIN settles the model year, the plant and the export build. Send it with the parts you need and the reply includes grade options and lead time.
