The questions below are the ones buyers ask most often before a first order. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp — a specific part number usually gets a specific answer within the hour.
How XYQC works
XYQC is a trading and consolidation operation based in Shenzhen, supplying spare parts for Chinese-brand vehicles to importers, distributors, repair chains and parts platforms. We do not own a factory; we work with a vetted supplier network across Guangdong and quote against the OEM catalogue rather than a generic parts list.
That model has one practical consequence for a buyer: we can put brake pads from one supplier and suspension arms from another in the same container, which a single factory cannot. The trade-off is that the buyer should rely on our inspection rather than a factory certificate for every line.
The questions, with answers
What is the minimum order quantity? +
Ten to fifty pieces per part number depending on the part, and most first orders run USD 5,000–15,000 in total. There is no minimum on the shipment as a whole — different part numbers combine freely.
Do you send samples? +
Yes, paid, with the freight credited against the order if it follows within 60 days. A sample takes three to seven days to prepare and is the cheapest way to avoid a container of the wrong grade.
How do you confirm a part fits my vehicle? +
Send the VIN, the OEM part number, or both. We check against the OEM catalogue and, for suspension and lighting, ask for a measurement or a photograph of the old part. We do not quote fitment from a model name alone.
What are your payment terms? +
30% deposit and 70% before shipment against a copy of the bill of lading. Repeat customers can move to 30/70 against documents. We do not require full payment in advance on a first order.
What is the lead time? +
Three to seven days for stock items, fifteen to thirty days for made-to-order parts, and thirty to forty days for private-label packaging on a first run. Sea freight adds the transit time on top.
Can you supply right-hand-drive parts? +
Yes, for the brands that sell RHD — MG, Chery, Geely, Haval and BYD in selected markets. Lighting and steering parts differ, so tell us the destination market and we quote the correct variant.
Do you supply genuine OEM parts? +
We supply aftermarket, premium aftermarket and OEM-equivalent grades, and state which on the invoice. We do not supply counterfeit branded parts, and we will not print another manufacturer logo on a product.
What warranty do you offer? +
Twelve months or 30,000 km for most mechanical parts, twelve months for electrical parts, and six months for remanufactured units. The claim needs the part number, installation date, mileage and photographs.
Can you consolidate different brands in one container? +
Yes. Consolidation is the normal way we ship, and it is what lets a distributor order BYD, Geely and Haval parts in one shipment. The loading plan keeps heavy castings at the floor.
Do you offer private label? +
Yes, from about 300 pieces per SKU for branded packaging. Part numbers, carton design, kit assembly and catalogue data are all part of the programme.
Which countries do you ship to? +
More than 50, with the largest volumes to the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia and the EU. If a destination has a restriction on a category — used batteries, for example — we say so before you order.
How do I start? +
Send a part list with quantities, or a VIN and a description of what you need. You will get a quotation with grade options, MOQ, lead time and a loading estimate within 24 hours.
