Body & Exterior Parts
Panels · Bumpers · Mirrors · Grilles · Trim
XYQC supplies body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles, mirrors, door handles, lamps surrounds and the small plastic clips that hold them together, for Chinese-brand passenger cars and SUVs. Panels are available raw, primed or painted to the factory colour code. Because body parts are bulky, they are quoted with a loading plan that shows how many fit in a 40HQ before the order is confirmed.
What we supply
Body parts are a volume and a geometry problem more than a technology problem. A container of bumpers is mostly air unless it is planned, and a painted panel that rubs against another panel for three weeks at sea arrives unusable. Both issues are solved before loading, not after.

Raw, primed or painted
The three options carry very different economics, and choosing wrong is the most common body-parts mistake we see.
| Finish | What arrives | Buyer needs | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Raw (black e-coat or bare steel) | Unpainted part | Body shop with a paint booth | Markets with cheap local painting |
| Primed | Primer coat applied | Colour coat and clear | Distributors selling to body shops |
| Painted to code | Factory colour, cleared | Nothing but fitting | Retail and fast-fit, where colour match sells |
Colour matching and the limits of it
Chinese brands use colour codes that are not always in the international refinish databases. We match from the code on the vehicle plate, and where a code has more than one variant — which happens after a mid-cycle change — we ask for a photo of the fuel filler flap in daylight. Painted parts are matched to the code, not to a sun-faded eleven-year-old panel, and that difference is worth explaining to the end customer before delivery.
Metallic and pearl colours are the hard cases. Three-coat pearlescent whites in particular rarely match perfectly panel-to-panel, which is why some distributors order primed and paint locally.
Loading plans and MOQ
Bumpers nest. Fenders stack. Hoods do not, and neither do tailgates — they consume volume and must be edge-protected. We always quote body parts with a container estimate: how many units fit, at what nesting ratio, and what that does to the per-unit freight.
| Item | MOQ | Lead time | Packing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bumpers | 20 pcs | 15–25 days | Nested, foam interleaved |
| Fenders and hoods | 20 pcs | 20–30 days | Edge protectors, stacked |
| Mirrors | 30 pcs | 10–20 days | Individual box |
| Clips and fasteners | 500 pcs | 3–7 days | Bag and carton |
| Painted panels | 30 pcs per colour | 30–40 days | Cured 72h, foam interleaved |
Body & Exterior — questions buyers ask
Can you paint a bumper in the exact factory colour? +
Yes, from the colour code on the vehicle identification plate. Metallic and pearlescent colours can vary slightly between production batches even at the factory, so we ask for a daylight photo of the fuel filler flap when a code has more than one variant.
How many bumpers fit in a 40HQ container? +
Between 300 and 500 for a typical passenger-car bumper, depending on shape and whether the reinforcement bar is packed inside. We send a loading plan with the quotation so the freight cost per unit is known before the order is placed.
Are the panels steel or plastic? +
It depends on the part. Fenders on most Chinese-brand passenger cars are steel; bumpers, grilles and mirror housings are plastic. We state the material per part number because it decides repairability and, in some markets, the customs classification.
Do you supply glass? +
Windscreens and side glass are available for the high-volume models, shipped in wooden crates with edge protection. Glass is heavy and fragile, so it is usually consolidated with a larger body-parts order rather than shipped alone.
What about small fasteners and clips? +
We carry the clip and retainer range for the models we support, sold in bags of 500 or 1,000. They are low-value but high-frequency items — a distributor that stocks clips sells more panels, because the fitter does not have to hunt for the retainer he broke.
Brand coverage
Body & Exterior are stocked or sourced for the following brands. Coverage is deeper on the volume export models; send a VIN for anything outside them.
