Heavy use changes the parts list
Haval and GWM vehicles are used as working vehicles in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Central Asia — loaded, on unsealed roads, in heat. That changes which parts fail first compared with the same model on a sealed European road.
Stabiliser links, ball joints, control arm bushings and shock absorbers fail earlier. Cooling systems work harder. Brake discs warp on loaded descents. We quote heavy-duty valving and reinforced bushings as the default for these markets rather than as an upgrade.
The Poer pick-up
The Poer is a proper light truck, and its parts list reflects that: leaf springs, shackles, shackle bushings, propshafts, differential parts and a clutch that has to cope with towing. Diesel variants add injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps and turbo components to the range.
Pick-up buyers usually want a maintenance kit rather than a single part — filters, belts, brake pads, shackles and a clutch, ordered together. We build those kits to a service interval and label them by model and year.
DCT and the H6
The H6 carries a 7-speed wet DCT on most variants, which is more tolerant of heat than the dry units used elsewhere but still benefits from clean fluid and a sensible service interval. Buyers in hot markets should shorten the fluid interval rather than wait for a symptom.
The clutch packs and mechatronic units are available. As with every dual-clutch unit, the two are replaced together when the gearbox is already open.

Haval is GWM own-brand SUV line, so the parts are the same catalogue. Tank and Ora are separate lines under the same group and share some components, but we verify per part number rather than assuming.

Stabiliser links and control arm bushings, then shock absorbers and brake discs. The air conditioning system also works harder, and condensers and compressors are a steady seller in Gulf and North African markets.
Is Jolion the same as Chulian? +
Yes, Jolion is the export name. Export versions differ in emissions hardware and sometimes in suspension tuning, so we quote to the market the vehicle was sold in.
Can you supply a service kit for a fleet of H6s? +
