Cooling & Air Conditioning
Radiators · Condensers · Fans · Compressors
XYQC supplies radiators, condensers, cooling fan assemblies, water pumps, thermostats, heater cores, AC compressors, expansion valves, receiver driers, hoses and pressure switches for Chinese-brand vehicles. Cooling parts are pressure-tested before packing, and condensers ship with capped ports so that moisture does not reach the drier during transit.
What we supply
Cooling and air conditioning fail on heat and on contamination, and both are worse in the export markets where Chinese vehicles sell in volume — the Gulf, North Africa, South Asia and Latin America. Buyers in those markets should be ordering the higher-capacity core, not the cheapest one.

Why condensers fail in hot markets
A condenser is a moisture trap. Once the drier is saturated, the system cannot remove water, and the expansion valve ices or corrodes. Most "failed compressor" diagnoses in hot climates start with a condenser that was stored or shipped without port caps.
Every condenser we ship has capped ports and a sealed drier. That costs a few cents per unit and it is the difference between a part that works after three weeks at sea and one that comes back as a warranty claim.
| Failure | Usual cause | Prevention |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor seizure | Moisture in the system, low oil | Capped ports, vacuum before charging, correct oil charge |
| Condenser leak | Stone damage, corrosion from road salt | Coated core option for cold markets |
| Radiator blockage | Mixed coolants forming gel | Specify OAT or IAT to match the vehicle; do not mix |
| Fan failure | Seized motor bearing | Test before packing, thermal cut-out check |
Coolant specification matters
Chinese manufacturers have largely moved to OAT (organic acid technology) coolant, but older models and some commercial vehicles still use IAT. Mixing the two produces a gel that blocks the radiator and the heater core, and the damage is blamed on the radiator.
We label coolant by chemistry rather than by colour, because colour is not standardised between manufacturers. If you are supplying a workshop network, label the drums by chemistry and put the colour in smaller type.
MOQ and lead time
Radiators and condensers are large and light, so they are priced largely on volume. A 40HQ holds roughly 300–450 radiators depending on core size. Fan assemblies nest inside radiator cartons when the order is planned that way, which saves a meaningful amount of freight.
| Item | MOQ | Lead time | Packing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Radiators | 20 pcs | 20–30 days | Individual carton, corner protectors |
| Condensers | 20 pcs | 20–30 days | Capped ports, sealed drier |
| Cooling fans | 20 pcs | 20–30 days | Carton, blade protected |
| AC compressors | 10 pcs | 20–30 days | Oil charge noted, capped |
| Hoses and thermostats | 50 pcs | 10–20 days | Bag and carton |
Cooling & Air Conditioning — questions buyers ask
Are the condensers shipped with the drier sealed? +
Yes. Ports are capped and the drier is sealed until installation. An uncapped condenser absorbs moisture in transit, which is the most common reason a new condenser is followed by a compressor failure.
Which coolant should I stock for Chinese vehicles? +
OAT for most models built after about 2015, IAT for older ones. We label by chemistry rather than colour because colour is not consistent between manufacturers, and mixing the two produces a gel that blocks the radiator.
Do you supply R1234yf systems? +
Yes, for models built for the European market where R1234yf is required. Chinese domestic models mostly use R134a. The fittings differ, so confirm the market and the model year before ordering service equipment or refrigerant.
How many radiators fit in a 40HQ? +
Typically 300 to 450 depending on core size and whether fan assemblies are nested into the cartons. We quote a loading estimate with every radiator enquiry so the freight per unit is known before the order.
Can you supply cooling parts for hybrid models? +
Yes. Hybrids often run two cooling circuits, one for the engine and one for the inverter and motor, with separate radiators and pumps. These are model-specific and we confirm the circuit layout against the VIN.
Brand coverage
Cooling & Air Conditioning are stocked or sourced for the following brands. Coverage is deeper on the volume export models; send a VIN for anything outside them.
