This page identifies who operates xyqc.net and sets out the rules that apply to the information published on it. It is written to be read by a buyer, not only by a lawyer: the points that matter commercially are the ones about trademarks, fitment and what our catalogue does and does not promise.
Who operates this site
We are a business-to-business supplier. Nothing on this site is addressed to consumers, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance by a consumer.
xyqc.net is operated by XYQC, an auto parts exporter based in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The business supplies aftermarket spare parts for Chinese-brand vehicles to importers, distributors and repair chains outside China.

What this site is, and what it is not
The site is a catalogue and an enquiry channel. It describes the categories we supply, the vehicle brands we cover, the grades available and the way we work. It is information, not a binding offer.
A contract exists only when we have issued a written quotation for specific part numbers, the buyer has accepted it in writing, and — where the order is substantial — a deposit has been received. Prices, stock levels, minimum order quantities and lead times shown or discussed before that point are indicative and can change with the market.
Prices, stock and quotations
Prices are quoted per enquiry and depend on grade, quantity, packaging and Incoterm. A price given in an email is valid for the period stated in that email and no longer; where no period is stated, 15 days.
Availability is confirmed at the moment of quotation. Chinese-brand aftermarket stock moves quickly and a part that is available this week may be unavailable the next. Where a part is not available we say so rather than substituting a different grade without telling you.
Trademarks and OEM part numbers
BYD, Chery, Geely, MG, Haval, GWM, Changan and every other vehicle marque named on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here to describe the vehicles our parts fit, which is a nominative use. XYQC is an independent supplier of aftermarket parts. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers appear on this site and in our quotations for identification only — so that a buyer can match a part to the number in a workshop manual or a dealer system. A cross-reference to an OEM number does not mean the part was made by that manufacturer, and it does not mean the part is original equipment unless the grade says so explicitly.
If you are a rights holder and believe a reference on this site is wrong or misuses your mark, write to [email protected]. We will remove or correct it within five working days of a substantiated request, without requiring a formal notice.
Fitment and technical information
Fitment data on this site is compiled from manufacturer catalogues, supplier data and our own order history. Chinese-brand vehicles are sold under different names in different markets, and the same model year can carry different parts depending on the plant, the engine and the market specification. A model name alone is not enough to guarantee a fit.
We therefore confirm every quotation against a VIN or an OEM number, and for suspension, lighting and body parts we often ask for a photograph or a measurement. Where a buyer orders against a model name only, the choice of part is the buyer’s, and the fitment risk sits with the buyer. This is stated on the quotation, not buried here.
Dimensions, weights, materials and torque figures published on this site are nominal. They are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing and are not a substitute for the manufacturer workshop manual.
Warranty and product liability
The warranty that applies to a shipment is the one written in the sales contract or on the quotation for that shipment. Where no warranty is stated, the statutory position applies and no additional warranty is given. Wear parts — brake pads and discs, filters, belts, clutch components, bulbs — are excluded from defect claims once fitted, because their life depends on installation and use.
We are not liable for labour charges, immobilised vehicles, lost profit or consequential loss arising from a part, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the parts concerned.
Any part that appears defective must be reported before fitting where possible, with photographs and the batch or packing reference, so the claim can be traced to a production run.
Export, import, homologation and sanctions
The buyer is responsible for complying with the import rules of the destination country, including customs classification, duties, product safety marking, homologation and any registration required for the part in that market. We provide the export documentation for the goods we ship; we do not warrant that a part is approved for road use in a particular country.
We do not ship to parties subject to trade sanctions, and we do not supply goods for use in prohibited end uses. Orders are screened before production; if a shipment cannot proceed on those grounds, the order is cancelled and any payment received is returned.
Copyright in this site
The text, structure, tables, photography and page design on this site belong to XYQC and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and quote short extracts with a link back to the page; you may not republish substantial parts, mirror the catalogue, or use the content to train or populate a competing commercial database without written permission.
Product photographs supplied by our own warehouse may be reused by a buyer for its own catalogue and webshop once that buyer has ordered the parts shown. Photographs that came from a manufacturer or a supplier remain subject to that party’s rights.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another site — a map, a messaging service, a standards body — the link is offered for convenience. We do not control the content of that site and are not responsible for it, for its accuracy, or for what it does with your data.
Limitation of liability for the site itself
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every page will load, or that the catalogue is free of typographical error. Where a description on the site conflicts with a written quotation or the sales contract, the quotation and the contract govern.
We are not liable for loss caused by a third party interfering with the site, by a hosting failure, or by a buyer relying on superseded information that we have already replaced.
Availability of the site
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including a product category or a page. Where a page is withdrawn, an existing quotation remains valid for the period stated in it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction, and the parties may agree to arbitration through CIETAC instead.
Where a mandatory rule of the buyer’s own jurisdiction gives the buyer a protection that cannot be waived, that rule prevails over this clause to the extent of the conflict. This notice is not intended to deprive any party of a protection it is legally entitled to.
Reporting a problem, and changes to this notice
For a legal notice, a trademark complaint, a copyright complaint or a request to correct information on the site, write to [email protected] with the page URL and the specific text or image concerned. We acknowledge within two working days and act within five where the complaint is substantiated.
The date at the top of this page changes when the notice changes. Material changes apply from the date shown and do not alter the terms of a contract already concluded.
Frequently asked questions
Is XYQC an authorised dealer for BYD, Chery, Geely or MG? +
No. XYQC is an independent supplier of aftermarket parts. The marques named on this site are used only to describe which vehicles the parts fit, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturer.
Are your parts original equipment? +
Only where the grade on the quotation says original equipment. Most of what we supply is aftermarket, in grades we state openly: OEM-equivalent, premium aftermarket, or economy. OEM part numbers are used for cross-reference, not as a claim of origin.
What happens if a part does not fit? +
If we confirmed the fitment against your VIN or OEM number and the part does not fit, we replace it or credit it. If the order was placed against a model name only, the fitment risk is the buyer’s, which is why we ask for the VIN or the OEM number on every quotation.
Which law governs a dispute? +
The laws of the People’s Republic of China, with the courts of Shenzhen having jurisdiction, or CIETAC arbitration if both parties agree. A mandatory protection in the buyer’s own jurisdiction is not waived by this clause.
